- Austin area hams just love to socialize and that means that
the social calendar is always full. Every
Saturday there is a breakfast and on Sunday
nights there are several regular nets. And if
that isn't enough, there is a club meeting almost
every Tuesday

information about local events, meetings and

Austin Repeater Organization
- The Austin Repeater Organization meets every the first
Tuesday of the month in the back room of the
Sirloin Stockade at 5607 N Lamar Blvd.
at 7:00 PM.

to have dinner and socialize before the

Austin Amateur Radio Club
- The Austin Amateur Radio Club meets on the second Tuesday
of the month in the back room of the
Sirloin Stockade at 5607 N Lamar Blvd.
at 7:00 PM. There is a
short business meeting followed by a presentation
of interest to the amateur community. To find out

One of the best aspects of the amateur radio community
in Austin is the friendly atmosphere that
we enjoy. Both of the large clubs make
sure that the meetings are social events
as well business meetings. So come early,
enjoy a dinner with the amateur community
and stick around for the business meeting
Proposed New Bylaws
- These are the new by-laws proposed
by Stuart Rohre at the AARC club meeting on May 13th
2003. Please take a chance to review them carefully
and decide whether to vote them in at the next
regularly scheduled meeting.
